About Postyield
I have spent my career at the intersection of advanced computational mechanics and real-world structural resilience. With a Ph.D. focused on advanced nonlinear analysis and a decade of experience in the trenches of leading industry consulting firms, I saw firsthand where the structural engineering workflow was broken.
We were spending up to 40% of our Performance-Based Design (PBD) project timelines on manually formatting inputs, fighting non-convergence errors, and manually transferring data to spreadsheets to plot basic hysteretic curves or drift profiles. The iterative analysis process and the long peer review process make PBD projects undesirable to clients.
